This partnership is focused on the client. The client pays for the time of a specific RDJ consultant to focus solely on the piece of work. It is about understanding the issues, researching the market, cv and portfolio presentation, interview, selection and offer.
RDJ work as an extension of the client’s business for executive search assignments, fees paid upfront are to secure the time of a specific consultant, hence a true partnership agreement.
Executive Search is 50% of the fee in advance on acceptance of the assignment and the remaining 50% upon start date.
