Job Title:                 Senior Quantity Surveyor – Real Estate Development.

Location:                 Central London

Reporting to:         Commercial Director

Qualifications:      BSC QS, MRICS or Equivalent

Experience:            Minimum of 8 years post graduate experience

Money:                     60000 Sterling plus various benefits. 

                                     Annual bonus scheme based on project and company profitability. 

Start Date:               July 2018

Summary:

UK Based developer is looking to add to the current team due to a recent new project release.

BSc QS

MRICS or Equivalent.

7-9 Years post graduate experience – across large building and residential projects.

Central London Cost Management Experience a benefit but not essential.

You will be working within a small Cost Management team overseeing all cost elements to a major mixed-use scheme. You will be overseeing the Consultants and the Contractors as the client.

Real Estate, Residential Developer or Consultancy exp again preferred.
