Senior PM x2

Location:

Jeddah and Riyadh

Report the the CEO in Dubai. Delivery of a ground plus 8 storey building for a large Saudi company.

Oversee the design, manage the consultants, contractors and sub contractors.

2 years of work.

Requirements:

10 years post graduate experience as a consultants delivery project manager.

Construction related degree.

Building project experience.

Mid rise buildings a benefit.

Ability to work alone or part of a small team.

 

Monies:

50000 SAR, flights , medical and accommodation.

X2 positions.
