The client is based in Riyadh. The client will look to mobilise for this role once the local gulf markets open up after the virus.

You will oversee as the client all the consultant and main contractors on site.
This role will be based on-site although client-side.
Requirements
8 plus years experience post-graduate.
Degree in Civ Eng or Const Management.
Client, developer experience.
Must be able to demonstrate a complete understanding of roads, highways and all associated clean and dirty water infrastructure across a large project area.
An ability to lead by example and manage complex teams of consultants and contractors across various nationalities.
