Doha, Morocco, Saudi and Bahrain.

Rdj are currently working a few interesting roles in various parts of the GCC.

The last month/ 6 weeks has been rather quiet with Ramadan and Eid. Things are starting to pick up again.

Bahrain we need a Real Estate Sales Manager and a Real Estate Sales Associate. This is for a bahraini developer selling the property portfolio they are building now.

In Saudi Arabia, we have been asked to find a Saudi National with the expertise to sell the same Bahrain properties to the Saudi Market.

Doha is a SQS with BSc QS and MRICS for a consultancy.

Morocco is a development manager for a Morrocan Developer.

Also, we have roles in New Zealand for structural engineers and civil engineers for a Global Consultancy.

The Gulf market we hope to see an upturn gradually towards the end of the summer and with the new Visa rulings and an injection of capital into Abu Dhabi perhaps some private sector confidence. Saudi seems to be releasing portions of work and there are opportunities with various engineers.

Qatar is moving and is hiring at a local level currently.

The UAE seems slightly more confident but the clients are telling us they are light on work.

New Zealand is looking for specific skill sets in and around structural engineering for various consultants looking at the earthquake repairs and stabilization works for the future.

We have had a couple of roles in North Africa, however these have been hiring at a local level rather than expatriate.
