A career spanning 20 years, 12 in the British Military and 8 in recruitment Simon works closely with Kim and James in the Dubai team specifically to focus on Real Estate Development in the wider Gulf region and the larger Giga projects in KSA. Plus various contingency assignments in Asia and Africa as clients approach RDJ.

Since Covid, his placements with RDJ have been: Planning Manager, Senior Development Manager, Development Manager, Project Managers into Construction Consultancies plus the odd Quantity Surveyor. Off late Simon has led a major project to source a team in Africa for a large Real Estate Developer.
